TERMS OF SERVICE: REJUVENATE FOR MEN

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, and programs provided by Rejuvenate for Men LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, including enrolling in the Rejuvenate for Men program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance and Agreement
1.1 Acceptance: By enrolling in or accessing any content, advice, or consultations provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our services.
1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
1.3 Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Medical Disclaimer and Scope of Service
2.1 Consulting Only: The services provided by Rejuvenate for Men, including all consultations with Dr. Mond Mh, are for personalized medical wellness consulting and protocol development relating to male vitality, hormonal health, and erectile dysfunction.
2.2 No Emergency Care: REJUVENATE FOR MEN IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must immediately call emergency services in your local area.
2.3 Nature of Relationship: A formal Doctor-Patient relationship is established only upon execution of a separate Service Agreement and acceptance into the Rejuvenate for Men program. Simply browsing the website or watching videos does not establish this relationship.
2.4 No Guarantee of Results: We provide services based on evidence-based medical principles. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes or results regarding the improvement of erectile function, hormone levels, or general vitality. Individual results will vary based on adherence to the program, underlying health conditions, and personal physiology.
2.5 Limitations of Telehealth: You acknowledge that virtual consultations have inherent limitations and do not substitute for necessary in-person physical examinations or diagnostic procedures that may be required by a local physician.
3. Client Responsibilities and Obligations
3.1 Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful medical history, symptom reports, and diagnostic data (including lab results) to Dr. Mond Mh and the Company. Failure to do so may compromise the effectiveness and safety of your personalized protocol.
3.2 Adherence and Compliance: You agree to adhere strictly to the personalized protocols and instructions provided within the Rejuvenate for Men program.
3.3 Primary Care: You agree to maintain a relationship with a local primary care physician and/or specialist for ongoing medical management, preventative screening, and acute care.
3.4 No Unauthorized Use: You agree not to copy, share, distribute, or resell any part of the Rejuvenate for Men program materials, protocols, or content.
4. Financial Policies and Insurance Disclaimer
4.1 Cash-Pay Service: The Rejuvenate for Men program is a premium, elective, cash-pay medical wellness service.
4.2 No Insurance Acceptance: We do not accept, bill, or contract with any private health insurance provider, Medicare, or Medicaid. You are solely responsible for 100% of all fees associated with the program.
4.3 Reimbursement: We will not submit claims on your behalf. We cannot guarantee that any portion of the program fees will be covered or reimbursable by your insurance provider.
4.4 Fees and Payment: All program fees are due as outlined in your separate enrollment agreement.
4.5 Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of the service, which includes Dr. Mond Mh's dedicated time for medical review and the creation of highly customized protocols, all sales and fees are final and non-refundable once the initial medical consultation has been completed and the personalized protocols have been delivered.
5. Geographical Limitations and Governing Law
5.1 US-Centric Service: The services provided are primarily directed at, and designed for, residents within the United States of America, operating under U.S. laws and Dr. Mond Mh's U.S. medical licensure.
5.2 Non-US Client Responsibility: If you access the Rejuvenate for Men program from outside the United States, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and on your own initiative. You are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations in your country regarding the receipt of telehealth or virtual medical services.
5.3 No Foreign Practice: Dr. Mond Mh and Rejuvenate for Men do not intend to practice medicine in any jurisdiction outside of where Dr. Mond Mh is legally licensed.5.4 Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim related to the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law principles.
5.5 Exclusive Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of United States, Delaware.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content on the website and within the Rejuvenate for Men program, including text, videos, logos, and proprietary protocols, is the exclusive property of Rejuvenate for Men LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive limited license to use the program materials solely for your personal health purposes. You are prohibited from copying, sharing, selling, or distributing any proprietary content.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rejuvenate for Men LLC, Dr. Mond Mh, and all associated personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Privacy
8.1 Privacy Policy: Your privacy is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal and sensitive health information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
